TrendyTreats.com does NOT accept returns on any edible products. If there are any issues with your order then please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund/exchange. All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team. Due to Health and Safety concerns, TrendyTreats.com can only accept returns of Non-Edible items. Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back in their original condition at their expense.
We do our best to package your order in a way that it will arrive to you in mint condition. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on a rare occasion, your order could get damaged. Trendy Treats is now offering a full replacement on products determined to be too damaged to be consumed by our Customer Support Team. To file a claim for a damaged item please email or text us "Damaged Package", you will be required to provide picture evidence to support your claim and any information needed to determine whether or not your package is eligible for a replacement. This applies to all orders placed on or after April 13, 2022. These conditions are subject to change without notice.
We ship worldwide within 2-3 business days of receiving an online order, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability for a longer shipping time frame. Once the order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification including the package tracking number.
